Flow FC is a celebration of the sport that brings people together across countries, teams, and time zones.
The idea is simple: invite friends of Flow Flood to join a little friendly competition during the World Cup, make their picks, follow the standings, and enjoy the tournament together.

The Flow FC crest represents Flow Flood’s roots, with elements inspired by California and the San Francisco Bay Area. It combines protection, place, water, and local pride. At the center of the badge is our motto: Defendere — Latin for “to defend.”

Defendere is Latin for “to defend.” For Flow Flood, it represents our role in helping defend the livelihoods of our policyholders by making flood protection more accessible, modern, and responsive.
The California Bear
The bear, seen on the California state flag, represents strength, resilience, and Flow Flood’s California roots.
The Golden Gate Bridge
The iconic Golden Gate Bridge anchors the crest in the San Francisco Bay Area and reflects connection, movement, and place.
The Campanile
The Campanile, seen on the UC Berkeley campus, is a nod to the East Bay and the community that helped shape Flow’s story.
The Flow Mark
The water mark ties the crest back to Flow Flood’s core mission: helping people better understand and protect against flood risk.
