Flow Insurance Services, Inc. offers SMS messaging to keep our policyholders informed about their flood insurance coverage. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages related to your policy and account.
Types of Messages
You may receive the following types of messages from Flow Insurance Services:
- Policy renewal reminders and notifications
- Payment due date reminders
- Payment confirmation receipts
- Billing and account status updates
- Claims status notifications
- Important policy alerts and service updates
Consent & Opt-In
Consent to receive SMS messages is collected through our Electronic Delivery and Text Messaging Consent Form, which is part of the policy application or renewal process. By providing your mobile phone number and signing the consent form, you expressly agree to receive text messages from Flow Insurance Services at the number provided.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing insurance or any other goods or services from us.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your policy activity. You can expect to receive messages related to billing cycles, renewal periods, and claims activity. On average, most customers receive 2-8 messages per month, though this may vary.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply to all messages sent and received. Flow Insurance Services does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you based on your plan.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
- Calling us at 855-368-5502
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Flow Insurance Services unless you provide consent again during a future policy application or renewal.
