Program Description

Flow Insurance Services, Inc. uses SMS messaging in two ways.

Business communications with agents and associates. We use SMS for one-to-one business communications with contracted insurance agents, brokers, vendors, and business associates. These messages cover quotes, submissions, policy servicing, scheduling, document requests, and account support. No marketing or promotional messages are sent under this program.

Policyholder notifications. We offer SMS messaging to keep our policyholders informed about their flood insurance coverage. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to your policy and account.

Types of Messages

Agents, brokers, vendors, and business associates may receive:

• Conversational messages from Flow staff about quotes, submissions, and policies
• Requests for documents or underwriting information
• Contracting, onboarding, and platform access updates
• Scheduling and general account support messages

Policyholders may receive:

• Policy renewal reminders and notifications
• Payment due date reminders
• Payment confirmation receipts
• Billing and account status updates
• Claims status notifications
• Important policy alerts and service updates

Consent & Opt-In

Agents, brokers, vendors, and business associates. Consent is collected in one of the following ways:

• You provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages from Flow Insurance Services when completing our producer agreement
• You give verbal or written consent directly to a Flow employee during the course of business
• You initiate the conversation by texting a Flow phone number first

Policyholders. Consent is collected through our Electronic Delivery and Text Messaging Consent Form, which is part of the policy application or renewal process. By providing your mobile phone number and signing the consent form, you expressly agree to receive text messages from Flow Insurance Services at the number provided.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing insurance, contracting with Flow, or obtaining any other goods or services from us.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. For agents and business associates, frequency depends on the business being conducted. For policyholders, frequency depends on billing cycles, renewal periods, and claims activity. On average, most policyholders receive 2-8 messages per month, though this may vary.

Message & Data Rates

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
• Calling us at 855-368-5502
• Emailing support@flowinsurance.com

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages from Flow Insurance Services. You can rejoin at any time by replying START.

Privacy

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carrier support may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
