Before joining CJC in 2008, Toby worked at Arthur J Gallagher on a broad scope of portfolios encompassing single territory and multinational accounts placing business into the London, European and Bermuda marketplace.  As a Divisional Director within the property team, Toby gained considerable experience in designing property/terrorism programmes in tandem with retail and wholesale brokers within a wide variety of sectors.  Toby was appointed Managing Director at CJC in 2014 but is still active in the placement and management of Binding Authority business for both start-up and established agencies.
